Product Principle 

The separated material will be input into the heart of the separator, i.e. the drum. By the strong centrifugal force field, the feed passes the separation partition consists of disk string, by taking the neutral holes in disk as the separating surface,

the liquid in higher specific gravity (heavy phase) will move outward the neutral holes along disk wall, and the heavy residue will accumulate at the residue-settling area, and the residue will flow toward the big centripetal pump.

The liquid in lower specific gravity (light phase) will move inward and upward along disk wall, then assemble at the small centripetal pump. The heavy and light phase will be output separately by small and big centripetal pump.

Precaution concerning safe operation of separator

1. If the separator has any abnormal vibration and sound at operation, you shall cut off the power supply immediately in an emergency stop way. After the drum stops completely, dismount, clean and check the parts & components to find out the cause and remove that. Only after that can you re-assemble and start it. The interval between each restart and previous shutdown shall not be less than 4h, so as to avoid the fusible plug from fusing.

2. The buyer should explain to the seller that this separator used for separating severity corrupt medium. So that the sellers can choose the anticorrosion material . In the process of running , if the corrosion depth of any parts of drum exceed1mm,should stop running and contact with our company .
