Juneng DPFX series nozzle separator is a continuous discharge separator featuring high speed, high precision, and high efficiency. Several nozzles are installed outside the bowl wall. Under centrifugal force formed by high rotation speed, insoluble solids deposited in the sediment chamber are continuously discharged.
The DPFX series separator is suitable for solid-liquid two-phase separation and concentration with high solid content (maximum 20%), including applications such as fermentation liquor, algae, and kaolin.
